Spa & Thermal Hotel Thermemaris - Dalaman

I had always wanted to visit Kocagol and chose Spa & Thermal Hotel Thermemaris because of its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's direct phone service. It made it easy for me to get in touch with the staff whenever I needed assistance. I particularly enjoyed sipping a refreshing drink from the poolside bar, it was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

Communication is difficult, and the staff at Spa & Thermal Hotel Thermemaris are unhelpful and speak little English. Nothing is manned or maintained, leaving guests to explore on their own and taking full responsibility for anything that happens.

Convenient location near the airport, perfect for early morning flights. Clean and well-maintained rooms, providing a comfortable stay.- Enjoyed the mineral pools, especially the mud baths, which were great for relaxation and rejuvenation

Lack of utensils and cups in the kitchenette, making it difficult to enjoy snacks or drinks in the room. Poor customer service when it came to retrieving lost belongings, causing frustration and annoyance

Beds were super comfy in our big, clean family room. The shower was mind-blowing. The staff, especially the lovely receptionist and the man who told us about the turtles, were friendly. While the buffet style catering might not be ideal for a romantic setting, there were plenty of private areas in the resort. The food got much tastier and filling after our first visit. Loved the absence of beef. The hotel had lots of space, was not crowded, and though the furniture was a little old, it was clean and comfortable.

We loved the closeness to the airport - literally next door. This hotel also had amazing spa facilities including mid-baths, lagoons and swimming pools. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranged taxis for us for the day and going out of their way to sort out a medical problem. The breakfast was varied and filling, and the rooms were big and clean.

The property offers a beautiful scenic environment and is close to the beach, although it does have more pebbles than sand. One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of resort facilities, including mud baths, pools, jacuzzis, and treatment pools. These amenities allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time at the hotel. Additionally, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The restaurant served fresh, tasty, and filling food, catering more towards Eastern European tastes. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for those looking for a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a lake nearby and a short distance to the airport. We also enjoyed the small restaurant nearby. the room was well-furnished with comfortable bedding. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. the facilities such as the spa and pools were enjoyable and relaxing.

I had such a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel near the airport! The location was so convenient, just a stone's throw away from the runway. The service here was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a doctor on call. The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I felt so pampered with the spacious sitting area and dining table in my room. The staff here were so friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The leisure facilities were also amazing, with a sauna, health club, and even a night club! Plus, the free Wi-Fi and parking were a major bonus.

The rooms at Spa & Thermal Hotel Thermemaris were absolutely amazing. We stayed in one of the villa rooms and it was like a dream come true. The room had a private furnished balcony where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower/tub combination in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference!

Brilliant facilities and great location, just a short transfer from the airport. We enjoyed the fantastic spa treatments and the stunning pool area. The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for drinks and a wide range of food options.

Although the rooms were clean, they were a bit dated and could have done with some renovation. , the hotel was quite noisy at times, which made it difficult to relax properly.

I loved the private furnished balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the view. As a tourist, I couldn't have asked for more!

The shower/tub combination in the bathroom, which I personally found a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just my personal opinion, and I'm sure others might still find it enjoyable.

had an amazing stay at a stunning wellness retreat near Dalaman airport. The facilities were extraordinary with multiple pools, mud baths, and a hammam carved into the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Russian guests made me feel guided and cossetted. Can't wait to return next year!

The hotel is old, nothing like the pictures. The smell outside and inside the hotel is awful.
